Check the power output in your home for surges. Try charging the thing in a different wall outlet then the last one. (ie. if you charged it in the bathroom outlet, use the bedroom or kitchen outlet this time). Other than that the store is giving you bad merchandise or the Leprechauns are acting up again.

There isn't really a difference actually, my vet told me. The dog tooth paste companies only make them because people think they have to use that on their dogs and nothing else. Just don't use a really strong tooth paste use one thats for little kids with a flavor so your dog wont get mad when you go to brush its teeth. As for the brush it doesn't matter either the only difference is when you buy one for a dog it usually comes with this plastic thing to put on your finger and put paste on and use that instead of a tooth brush because its easier but a regular tooth brush is fine just be gentle and get a soft one. Good luck!

Some electric tooth brushes have a pressure switch. If you brush to vigerously it shuts off. Try using light pressure next time.
