You may need to get a fresh view on her condition. She may need blood work to see if she is healthy.
Might be an imbalance of some kind in her body, so go to a new vet cause sometimes someone who has never seen or known her history may be able to help more than someone who has, plus that vet may have came across a case like it before.

When you say a vet couldn't help - how many times did you go exactly? It's just that many people on here seem to try the vets once and then rush to Yahoo Answers when it doesn't work. They don't seem to realise most conditions have MANY causes and often the vet can't be expected to pin the right one down first time when it's something as general as vomiting!

You haven't given any detail with your question. Is your dog still alive even? I'm afraid if you had extensive investigation with a vet and they couldn't help, there is no WAY people on Yahoo can! Certainly people will come on and say 'oh my dog was vomiting because of this this and this reason...' - doesn't help you pin down the cause of YOUR dog's vomiting!

If you've only been to the vet once, go back! If you've been many times - go to another vet!

I'm willing to bet there is another vet you can go to!

Vomitting is not normal.

What did your vet offer you other than a bland diet? Anti-vomitting medication? Blood tests? X-rays? Are you sure it is vomitting? Could it be "regurgitation" - sometimes caused by a condition known as megaespohagus.

If you vomited "all your life" how far would you go to get help?

Oh, and by the way: Do not try to treat your pets with over-the-counter medications that can mask problems - go to the vet.

HI,
When my dog threw up, I cooked hamburger (1 cup) and 1 serving of rice boil it up together, cool and then serve. Another more expensive is science diet bland food in a can. I also put a towel down, so when he throws up, i just throw it away and it is not on the rugs.. good luck and just hug your dog, as he probably doesn't like it either...
