Can someone lat me know if such submissions are appreciated or disliked.

See if you can trace the funding source back to a person or branch of Gov. If it's a large branch or even small speak to the person in charge of that branch. File complaints in a few areas if possible, otherwise it will most likely be pushed aside. And I PERSONALLY, , would be more irate if it wasn't brought out in the open. If it was way out of line, make sure you complain LOUDLY & OFTEN, to all who will listen. I'm sure you've heard the term "SCAPEGOAT". Always use the old "C.Y.A. MANUAL" , especially dealing with these things that otherwise would never be known.

They are certainly appreciated by taxpaying Americans. Get your facts together and report the abuse to the head of the government agency responsible for overseeing the project. At the same time, report it to your Senators and Congressman. Give the information, along with copies of your correspondence to a conservative newspaper. The liberal media will just toss it aside and hope that's the end of it.

You better have strong proof. And don't expect to be congratulated when and if you submit your findings. Chances are that you will be dismissed if your job is associated with this project.
