I have had this problem for the past few months. My left hip goes to sleep within 15 minutes when I lay on my left side. My right hip never goes to sleep, but it is always the left. Anyone know what I can do for it?

The only healthy position for sleep is to sleep on your back. Sleeping on your side causes the spine to be out of alignment, which could cause a nerve to be pinched and that's why you become numb.

I recommend you see a chiropractor and get an evaluation of your spine. I've enclosed a link where you can find a chiropractor in your area.

you may be cutting the circulation off. try a massage or alternate the sides you sleep on.
