Sounds like a trip to the neurologist is needed -- obviously we can't diagnose you over the internet even if we do have advanced medical degrees!
You don't say if you are on medication. Many ADHD meds are stimulants, so that may be a side effect. Again, only an examination by a specialist can get you an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Good Luck!

OMG.
You're asking for medical opinions HERE!?
For Pete's sake, go to your physician and ask for a referral.
Tics come in multiple forms, and Tourette's Syndrome has a broad range of symptoms from which to choose, depending upon the severity.
ADHD however, is a behavioral problem, not medical. Try some activities (or even games) that help develop concentration skills and self-discipline. Even reading articles and books on your favorite subject can improve concentration. Read something you are interested in.

You may be "tic-ing" and this is a common finding with ADHD. Don't worry about it. You father shouldn't point it out to you as this can make you more self-conscious and can cause you to develop other tics.
In the future, if you have a question about your condition, ask your doctor.

The person to ask is your doctor, not this board! There are many things that can contribute to these symptoms, and they aren't necessarily connected. (You may have dry eyes, and you may drink too much coffee, for example.)
In the mean time, don't worry too much about it. Stress is another one of those things that can cause both those symptoms! But do go see your doctor.

Rapid blinking and tremors are a normal symptom of ADHD. Ask your Dr. if there's anything that can calm you down.

those symptoms could be from the medication itself or better yet, you've been misdiagnosed! the issues you mentioned are more common in those with aspergers-a high functioning form of autism and commonly misdiagnosed as adhd.
i think it's time your father take you back to the doctor and get proper testing.
good luck!

Perhaps you need more exercise.
Try long walks at a brisk pace when you get up and just before you go to bed.
This works extremely well.
