I been seeing these Bibles what are they?

Boy, are there some bitter people answering questions on this spirituality/religion section. How could anyone turn this question around and find a way to bash it. Very sad indeed.
The Gideon's distribute Bibles all over, and especially in hotels & motels.

They have a website I'm sure. The last time I looked, the Bibles are usually common versions and the Gideons simply pay for and distribute these versions such as King James Version and New King James Version.

They are free bibles placed by the Gideons so that people can read the bible where ever they are.

The Gideon is a religious sect that puts bible in hotel rooms.
There is a modern group that puts condoms instead. From a public health point of view it's probably a better idea.

the Gideons put these Bibles in Hotel romms, so EVERYONE can have a chance to know Jesus.
I believe in the front or back of the Bible, is an invitation to know Christ as your Savior.
When EVERYONE in the world has heard of Jesus, and made their mind up whether or not they choose to believe in Him--the world will end and Jesus will return to take to Heaven those who accept Him and His AWESOME LOVE!

The Gideons are a lunatic fringe that leaves bibles in hotel rooms. And by lunatic fringe, I mean evangelists.
They should leave condoms -- something people could really USE in a hotel room.
