Marijuana and other illicit drugs are illegal in all of the United States - and the penalties are severe.
Don't try to bring it in the country either; our airports have "sniffer" dogs that check all baggage and persons.
If you want to dope yourself silly, go to Amsterdam.

No. each and each State makes and enforces their very own individual drug rules. the federal government has their very own drug rules. while you're arrested via a State or community regulation enforcement officer/detective you would be prosecuted below their rules. while you're arrested via a fed, say DEA, you would be prosecuted below federal regulation. If the feds ever bypass a regulation that marijuana could be utilized for scientific purposes, that may not ensue except Hillary wins, you have a stable protection below any State prosecution. So, flow eliminate darkness from and tell bill. hi. whats up, Michael S. i'm a die no longer straight forward Republican. one ingredient maximum of Republicans have self assurance in is that the Fed government would desire to be smaller and go away it as much as the State and native govts to administration their people and turf. If the State desires to legalize marijuana for scientific reasons and it is a truthful and in basic terms regulation maximum people would not have a difficulty. If the State regulation is handed to in straight forward terms enable idiots get stoned than the Feds would desire to rightfully step in.

No all street drugs are illegal in every state in the USA. Including Florida. The only way you can have marijuana in any state, is if you have a prescription from a doctor, saying you need it. It is used to treat nausea in cancer patients. Also to help people with glaucoma!
Be careful!

Possession of marijuana is illegal in all 50 states. Leave it at home. If you Customs catches you with it, you will be denied entry into this country and probably charged. Not worth it.

no possession is not legal anywhere in the US.
It only differs as to if they ticket for it, or arrest for it, and will depend on how much is a more seroius crime.
