Different species of worms are passed in different ways - some come out in poo, some are vomited up and some are coughed up.
Your puppy has a heavy worm infestation - go to the vets without further delay!

Your puppy is infested with worms.
Go to the vet to get medicine to kill the worms. Your dog's food is being eaten by the worms. He's probably starving. My puppy had the same thing. After two days of medicine all the worms came out dead.

The worms get vominted up when the case is very, very severe, and there may be a possible obstruction(blockage) causing them not to down and out. Possibly a very large infestation if worms in her digestive tract. This is nothing to wait on. I'd get to an emergency (Open on a Sunday) vet right away.

yeah take your puppy to the vet. You should probably take your puppy to the vet regularly too, they have shots that prevent worms. The vet will prescribe a medicine and then you will have to come back regularly to give your puppy shots.
You may hate watching it, but its for the health of the puppy.

Because, your puppy has a pretty severe worm infestation. He needs to see a vet, to get properly dewormed, before it causes major health problems.

You've got to be kidding. Get your puppy to a vet. If she has worms, she needs treatment.

Roundworms, whipworms and pinworms will NOT kill a dog.
Dogs DO NOT vomit heartworms.
A few points for answering isn't worth giving someone false facts.
