i need something that i could make and eat within 5minutes! i get up half and hour before skool and i usually just buy breakfast at my school but they dont sell alot of healthy stuff...HeLp

Smoothies are great!

Take a cup of vanilla yogurt and put in the blender with a banana, some orange juice and toss in some berries, whirl and drink - quick, nutritious and easy to do!

You could get a healty cereal bar. The Quaker Oatmeal bars are pretty good! Also, there are many cereals out there that are good with or without milk. Put some in a baggie (minus the milk, of course...lol) and munch on it. There is no real substitute for a good breakfast, but there is a lot of stuff out there for those of you who are in a hurry. It would help considerably if you could get up a little earlier and just eat a good bowl of cereal, like Shredded Wheat, Special K, something like that.

Oatmeal is quick, healthy and filling. Lately I've been eating "soyrizo" with eggs and corn tortillas it's really quick to make, healthy, delicious and tastes like the real thing!
