according to most website i checked out that hanging onto a bar helps your back and shoulders to get wider and have V-Taper, use wider grip. A wider grip is harder though. So it means that it can help you grow. And i know that genes is the most important thing that helps you grow so don' say that please. I'm 16 5'2 i'm from bangladeh, my parents are both 5'1. Is there any way hanging onto a bar will help me grow.

Um no not really. It seems from the moment we stand up in the morning the Discs in our spines compress and we loose height. Hanging onto a bar might stretch the spine out but as soon as you stand and walk you will loose what height you gained.
