I need an insert for my shoe to help support/raise the arch in my flat foot (VERY flat foot. I've practically no arch at all!). Preferrably one that can be bought in a store. What is the best product out there?

Find one that has an arch support. Dr Sholls or try the off brands. It's all about what works best for you.

Talk to a pediotrist.
They can give you special inserts that will help reform your arches.
