First, quit drinking anything but water. Tea is a mild diuretic that could affect your thirst. Measure how much [ in ounces - just keep refilling that water bottle ] you actually drink. 64 ounces a day is optimal for an average size person.
Second, are you on a diet? Have you lost weight recently?
Third, are you on any new medication?
Fourth, have you moved recently or got a new cooling/heating system? Lack of humidity in the air causes sore throats. maybe the filter needs to be changed.
Fifth - are you hanging around smokers? If so, quit!
If all this doesn't work, see your doctor.

Diabetes can be tricky...
My father in law for years drank huge amounts and urinated alot. He didn't seem to have excessive hunger.
He was finally diagnosed when he went into a coma, developed an infection that went through out his system because the diabetes kept him from healing.
Better safe than sorry.

If you get a yearly physical then tell your doctor about it during your next. If you haven't had a physical for some time you might want to speak to a doctor. There are many ailments which have thirst as a symptom. I can only think of one off the top of my head, diabetes, but I know there are others.

This is a symptom of diabetes so I would get it checked out. However, I was like this when I was pregnant - I'm not sure if you are a girl or a guy but it could be worth thinking about.

Diabetes is one possibility, But need more information. Numerous things can cause this problem, elevated blood sugar, certain medication (Rx and OTC). If you know someone with blood sugar machine you could see if they would check yours. Also there may be a health fair which would do a free check. This could eliminate diabetes, which can cause numerous other problems. If your blood sugar is elevated see a physician ASAP.

It could be a sign of a couple different things, but without diagnostic testing a doctor cannot just say "this is what you have". It could be as simple as your not ingesting enough salt to keep liquids in your system.. but tell your family doc and keep track of anything else that feels odd...

Are you taking any allergy pills? because when I was taking allergy pills last spring, I suddenly felt constantly parched. It was uncontrolable. If not, I heard that people with diabetes, are constantly thirsty, so you might want to go to the doctor to check your blood sugar. good luck
