I like the Philly roasted garlic cream cheese for a celery filler. It's absolutely great.

Stir bacon bits into cream cheese. Add a bit of milk to make it more spreadable, then fill celery stalks.

Peanut butter is good with it, too.

I mix a package of dry onion soup mix with a package of cream cheese and put that on my celery. It is fantastic that way. Try it!
