I do not know what DDr is but, I am 40 years old . Last year I weighed in at 219 pounds. My friend and I planned a cruise so we went on South Beach. I lost 32 pounds @ 5'11" and felt so much better. I know all diets are different but the best way , for me, is to increase exercise and not make myself feel as though I am starving. We planned meals together, basically revised eating versus eliminating foods and its okay. I gained back ten but my plateau is now about 197 versus 219. I set a goal and try not to feel limited. My kids and spouse helped. I hope you are not under 18, if so be careful and be PATIENT!!!!!

thats how many calories people in coma get.
body need just for functioning 50cal an hour.
if you lose weight doing this you will gain back as soon as start eating normal because all you are gona lose is water weight and muscle not fat plus you will slow down your metabolism dramatically which will make fat loss in future soooooo much harder.

I might count on so sure. On television indicates approximately weight reduction I have truthfully spotted that after they lose all in their extra weight , their fingers have a tendency to look slimmer afterwards. It's ordinarily simply fluid within the hands despite the fact that , in summer season my hands swell up when you consider that of the warmth , however in wintry weather they cross backtrack to typical .
