How do I find out how digital picture frames work and can I do it?

I am learning to use the computer. I am 74 years old with very little computer knowledge.Any help would be appreciated

They are a consumer item so they require almost nothing in the line of technical skill.

They can plug into a computer with a USB cable and you just copy pictures from your computer just as you would copy them (cut/paste or drag/drop) to any other disk. Many also will take a memory card like the camera's one and plug it into the frame's reader.

Many come with a remote control that has "slide show", "forward/backward", "on off" at the touch of a button.
