I try start non profit to promote father and father right to men. The first goal make legal choice custody to all men like women get at birth of thier child.in all 50 state. This just right make legal choice for their child just like the mother. unwed do not have right in my state like mother do!

I firmly believe that a competent father should have just as many rights as a competent mother, including custody rights. However, I also believe that constantly moving a newborn around and having parents in and out of their life can cause severe attachment disorders and it is in the child's best interest to be in one place. After all, its not the child's fault that his or her parents aren't together.

Please explain your question, it doesn't make sense.
Btw, I think both parents should get default shared custody regardless unless there's a good reason for otherwise.
