What Is The Normal Amps For A Car Battery?

Ok i want to conect a car radio and a shuttle on an adapter is it possible with a 12v 1A adaptor?

Probably not. 12v is fine, but 1 amp isn't enough. Depending on how many speakers are going to be hooked up to the car radio, you're going to need at least a 5 amp power supply, and possibly up to a 10 amp.
