I love balsmic vinager with avacado, crispy baconbits, shrimps & Feta Cheese its a "retro salad" but YUM oh & dont forget Loads of black pepper.
I fan out the avo, mix the bacon with the cheese & shrimps add a few dashes of B.V & spoon the topping over the avo, then my heavy hand comes into play with black pepper.
As odd as it may sound I have tried Balsamic vinager with mushrooms & salami..but hey why be normal.

I've heard of balsamic on melons and peaches. Also, I've seen on tv shows where the chef used balsamic in a fruit salad.

it's good on fresh, ripe figs too.
