I've recently bought a GORGEOUS pair of canvas sneakers that were hand painted and at the time i bought them slightly smaller because the ones in the larger size were already loose on my feet and i assumed the shoes would stretch (as they are canvas) so i've worn them a couple times but my toes always curl up to fit into it and sometimes my toes are bruised. I dont wear them too often but is there permanent damage to my feet if i continue to wear them?

Yes I am afraid so. Remember the females in China used to bandage their feet to stop them from growing and well you really do not want to see the damage done.

Unlikely, but no one really knows. That is a lot of Xanax. My daughter did the same dumb thing last month with the same dose and has had the same problems with memory for the past month. She also had the same reaction from her mother, who said she was unaware of being slapped - hard. 4 mg is Xanax is the maximum dose recommended for a full day for someone having the most extreme anxiety possible. Taking that much for fun can't be good. (Taking 2 mg for fun isn't so safe, either). There's no point worrying about whether you've damaged yourself. What's done is done. Just avoid the drug(s), and see if your memory doesn't come back. I'm guessing it will.
