Mr. Gyros in the Kansas City area is great. They also make a variety of Greek pastries and other dishes. The baklava is crazy good.

most are made a local sandwich shops sorry there is no big chain restaurants that serves them on a regular basis

I can get them at Small World Cafe in Napa. Cute little hole in the wall restaurant.
