Ramen noodles. It's always ramen when I want something and don't know exactly what I want. It doesn't hurt that you can get a package of 6 for under a dollar. If I were rich, I'd probably still buy ramen noodles!

I keep packaged pasta around and olive oil and tomatoes.

My wife uses cans of black beans and tortillas with rice.

A friend of ours uses eggs and cheddar cheese with mnacaroni--it's her only dish.

Still others have oatmeal of forozen waffles and put fruit or sweeteners onto them.

And there's three bean salad with a scallion and soeme salad dressing ad good bread.

Invent!

And others make a salad or slice meat and add that to salad.

Not really understanding your question. What do you have in the fridge? Right now I'm making the family breakfast: french toast and sausage.

i gotta agree, RAMEN (preferably, the "Hot & Spicy")..

I developed a trick when i was a poor college student: I would go to Long John Silvers. Back in my college days, 2 pc Fish & Fries was $1.99, and i would ask for extra crumbs. it's a GREAT filler and they taste great!
