I have breakfast, which is cereal, toast, fruit and juice, then I'll have a snack of some crackers and cheese or a muesli bar or a muffin etc.
Then lunch is a sandwich with cheese, ham and salad etc, followed by another snack later in the afternoon which is again a muffin or some soup or some biscuits and a drink.
Then dinner is usually meat, salad, bread and rice/potato etc.
THEN dessert of icecream or custard with fruit, and then about an hour before bed time I'll have some milk or yoghurt and some fruit.
But I count it as three meals (including or not including dessert - dessert is part of dinner) and the rest are kind of like snacks.

It really depends on how you define a "meal". In my own opinion, a meal is when you actually sit down at a table to eat.

By that definition, most days I have one meal: dinner. In the morning, I do usually grab a quick breakfast-type-thing, like a protein bar or some fruit or a muffin, but I eat it while I'm traveling. Does that count as a meal?

In the middle of the day, I might order a sandwich from a takeout deli, but I usually eat that while I'm working. Again, does THAT count as a meal? To me, I'm just eating in order to stop being hungry (and therefore distracted from my work). I'm taking very little pleasure in the food itself.

For dinner, though, I'll have an old-fashioned sit-down meal, and I'll really enjoy the food (and the conversation, etc).

depends whether i'm at work or spending the day with the horses. If I'm at work then I have a light breakfast, lunch between 1pm-2pm and then dinner. If I'm in the field with the horses for the day, then i may have breakfast at 9am, but wont have lunch and will not eat anything else until 7pm
