That is not possible to calculate. It depends on what else do you eat and drink that same 5 days, your age, height (metabolism factor), even the weather (cold = you use more energy to keep warm)

Also, as someone already said, if that is all you eat in 5 days you probably won;t gain any weight. To put on any noticeable weight gain in 5 days, you will have to eat a lot more food than a big mac a day.

That is a complicated question. If all you eat for the entire day, each day is one 540 calorie Big Mac, you won't gain at all, and will probably lose weight. By itself, that is not a really large amount of food to eat. A bigger problem with the fast food thing is the saturated fat, which may not turn into fat on the outside, but does convert to bad cholesterol that, in turn causes a steady clogging of arteries.
Another factor in dietary concerns is exercise, which can burn up those calories in about twenty minutes. You can eat those Big Macs for five days in a row, but who would want to?

They may have the same amount of calories, but you have to look at where those calories are coming from, which is much more important. The big mac is going to be more protein and saturated fat then the orange juice which will be more sugar and carbohydrates. Personally I wouldn't recomend eating a big mac OR drinking 5 glasses of OJ!

It depends on if you got any exercise and the other stuff you ate. An average diet consists of 2000 calories, so if you went over that with the Big Mac you mite gain 1-2 lbs. But most likely nothing.

That depends on your daily exercise, your personal metabolism, and the rest of your diet. Also, the number of calories is not the only contributing factor to the weight gain. Trans or saturated fat can greatly contribute to the amount of weight you put on.

If that's ALL you ate, you would lose weight, because average daily calorie requirements for even a sedentary adult are more than 3 times that much.
