and I have lots of others who I love lots and lots but I'm not sure that we're reeeeeeal friends

Seven really close friends, and then many more who are still friends, but we are just not as close.
Within the close circle of friends, we are really like each others sisters and can depend on each other as such, help each other out through all the times of our lives, treat each others spouses and children as if they were our own and have a very important connection to each other.
One of my friends is going through a big struggle in her life right now, her Dad is dying from incurable cancer, and she knows that she can depend on any of us to help her out in any way that she needs us to from watching her kids for her when she has to be in the hospital with her family to talking to her at 2 am when she is not sleeping and struggling.
We also celebrate all the happy times of life together and have lots of fun doing it. Once a year we go away together, with just the girls which now includes the teenage daughters for a weekend of girl stuff, staying in a condo, shopping, manicures, pedicures, movies and popcorn, board games, and just chatting and having fun.
It is a wonderful feeling to know that we can depend on each other, no questions asked, at any time.
We are very blessed.
Hope you have some wonderful friends, they add a lot of joy to life.

Real Friends: Younger brother (21), my mom, my dad, younger sister(25) (the last sister distances herself from the whole family, there's 4 of us...:)
Close acquaintances: 2 guy Friends (one, we Sort-Of dated, sort-of.....i'm still confused about it..lol)
Other: I have a few other people I talk to quite regularly, but we're not close, just see them around campus and in classes.

After last night... out of the 20+ friends I'd say 3-4.
Others don't care about me and one of them is a grade A jerk.

Two. My husband, and my best friend of 22 years who unfortunately lives overseas. After I moved, all my friends just kind of vanished.

well. the friends i tend to hang out with regularly don't tend to be the friends i run to when i have a problem. i have about 1 or 2 friends i know will be there for me.

It is difficult to find real friends in the world that human beings strive to control it.Real friend ship, as to me, is to be one hearted which is in reality is impossible.I do have a so called friends who may keep friend ship up to my goodness.
