Apple skin/13000 units per gram, acai, vitamin C, goji, vitamin E, reishi mushroom, sea weed microalgae, guava skin, banana skin, cordycep mushroom, tofi, gotu cola, and many others. Fruit skins and sea weed seem least cost. What are best?

Both! The teenagers need to be educated about antioxidants and then the elderly need to be able to afford to buy fresh food containing antioxidants.
