I'm asking if for example you were catholic and when you die it's not God but Buddah or Vishnu or even A mthyological god like Zeus or Ra. Or vice versa depending on what your beliefs are. How would you react, how would you feel. Athesists feel free to give answers as well.

All religions are wrong about something. So is atheism, or your question really would be moot.
I'm sure I'd be flexible at having my ignorance proven to me. I wonder how many would insist it's a trick, as in, "If I stick to my faith then God will reward me for standing up to this illusion." I'm sure the afterlife has a standard way of handling such an attitude by now. It might even be built into the system automatically that such determination doesn't survive death.

i'm an atheist Buddhist ..and you'll never find Buddha up there...he's not a God lol...
he spent many hard years meditating to achieve enlightenment (attaaining Nirvana means no afterlife) and then for the rest of his life went around teaching people how to live their lives.
we treat him with the greatest respect as a great teacher,but not a deity..no....

i would be dead, so i pretty much wouldnt have a choice about it. who knows if you feel anything when you are dead. i believe that faith in something is important, regardless of who you worship, as long as it doesnt hurt anyone blah blah, you know what i mean. so i think any god that is out there will respect that.
