Is this a good meal plan?
im eatin 5 times a day-i wake up at 5am and go to bed at 9 s i can only fit in 5.....

630-egg substitute+ham or salsa
930-egg sub. omlette
1230-chicken and salad
330-1/2c brn rice or cheese stick with ham
630-chicken or salmon and salad

i usually 5 16oz glasses of water
i also do 20 min cardio, then abs and squats and lunges...should i add anything???...advice

You are likely to get bored with such a meal plan and pretty quickly.

Limiting calories is good for losing weight, however, unless you plan to eat like this for the rest of your life, the weight will return once you change.

Fruit and veggies are a great way to fill up, get vitamins and minerals that you need, and are low enough in calories that you can eat handfuls of these things each day.

I would look at this as a lifestyle choice rather than dieting or meal planning.

you need some fruit and milk so at 930 maybe eat a yougurt or fresh fruit!!!
