Running Firefox now: How do I get it back?????? (more details involved).?

I was trying to move the program name around in "programs" and it disappeared. This had the uninstall and other extras. How do I get it back????

I've tried the first two to no avail. I don't see what the last idea would accomplish. Hasn't anyone else ever experienced this with their programs???

Remove it and re-install it.
