I feel god is just a way of closure and comfort for anyone that needs it. I personally dont believe in god, but without god i would be worse off for it, as its always helpful to pray, to think you may have someone else on your side if he really is up there.
So yes, "God" is awesome

if you can call a God who lets people suffer infinite punishment for wrongs committed during their finite lives,just..then yeah...i suppose...
yeah a God who lets babies be born with AIDS and stuff,lets people starve in the streets,lets INNOCENT people die from accidents,disasters by the hundred (e.g. earthquakes etc)
then yes,i suppose you might call him extremely just indeed
