Hi. I am 17 female. My height is 5'1 and my weight is just 36 kg. How can I increase my height and weight???

Lucky You ! You can eat whatever you want. To start with increase your carbs, eat all the sweets, fried and junk food that you can. Eat lots of bananas _ you're sure to gain weight.
Height needs to be worked on - cycle, play basket ball, hang by your arms, swim, do some yoga.
Are your parents, grandparents tall ?

As u already r 17 , it is difficult to increase the height but try homeopathic medicines after showing to a good homeopath. Hurry up as u r at the treshold. Try hanging by hands from the door top. About weight eat a lot as much as u can with fried vegetables, fruits & a lot of eggs if u r non veg. Drink a lot of milk & milk products. After meal walk a little or do some light exercises. Take "Alfalfa" imported homeopathic tonic. Be in cheerful mood , be & talk positive only, no backbiting & away from negative things like movies & TV serials of now-a-days, all having bad ideas posing tensions in life.

The only way to increase your height is by wearing higher-heeled shoes. Be careful because a certain height shoe, determined by over-all body structure of the individual wearer, can cause harm to your feet. Talk to an Orthopedic Surgeon who specializes in feet for the best recommendation on what type of shoe is best for you. Look in your Yellow Pages under "Physicians." Go to "Orthopedic Surgeons--Feet." There should be someone nearby.
Regarding your weight, would you like some of mine?! HA! Go to a store and get gravy for mashed potatoes. Add lots of butter every chance you get. Get chocolate syrup and make sundaes with ALL the trimmings (nuts, whipped cream, cherries, and let the syrup FLOW). DON'T exercise. You'll gain weight in no time!

One of the best ways to gain weight is to gain muscle mass. Doing consistent resistance training i.e. lifting weights, exercises like push ups and pull ups, etc. If you do this, or want to start doing this, make sure you eat healthy foods with sufficient amounts of protein, carbohydrates, calories.

Assuming you don't want to lift weights(or can't), you would eat more meals per day. Eating a lot at one time is not a healthy way to gain weight, and may result in gaining excess fat. Eat 6 meals a day. If you decide you are going to just start eating a lot to gain weight, at least eat the right foods. Eat whole wheat pastas, oatmeal, red meat(not too much), fish, etc.
If you can and are willing to do resistance training, I strongly encourage that.
If you are new to resistance training, start doing push ups and pull ups. When you feel you are ready, go to a community weight room and lift weights (do research on muscle gaining workouts and correct form). The rest is up to you.

I don't know abt Ht, but u can increase ur weight easily. Just increase intake your regular meal which should include proteins etc. Eat healthy & neat & u will gain weight in 1-3 months.

u r in the final stage of growth u muz have an health diet and drink water upto 300ml after each meal and have plain complan morning and evening it would do wonders to height and for weight with this diet sleep 9hrs atleats in total 24hrs

You may increase your weight by eating more calories than you would burn but you can't increase your height that's heredetary unless you're willing to wear high heel shoes.
