It is uni cellular amoeba or Giardia which is having cilia to move fast ! !they belong to animal kingdom where as Bacteria belongs to plant kingdom and Virus is neither animal or nor plant it is a joining key to both !Virus behavior is both the way so you can not say it is the smallest animal.Take this amoeba as a smallest animal in the world !
