it skipping for 10min counted as endurance training?

skipping is endurance but 10 minutes is not enough u need to do it for at least a half hour...and endurance training like running and swimming will not give u bulky muscles. for that u will have to lift weights

Aerobics classes would be a good example of endurance. I have yet to see any aerobics participant who was bulky. There's a reason for that.

cardio and endurance training dont count unless you do for at least 30 mins.and they dont make big muscles.you need heavy weight training and good genetics for that.
