We have a new computer and noticed there is no refresh button in the tool bar. Is there a way to get one or is it not necessary with Vista Premium?

OK. 1st..is this INTERNET EXPLORER? If yes, read this:

Internet Explorer 7--There is an refresh button--After the Address Bar is an black arrow and then 2 blue arrows that look like an Resycle Symbol. That is the REFRESH button.

(IT IS THE ONE ON THE LEFT OF THE RED "X" in INTERNET EXPLORER 7)

If you mean in Internet Explorer 7, just hit the F5 key.
