i'm 116pounds at 5ft2 i wanna lose 18pounds. i skip 3 times a day 10 min each and eat healthily (half a bowl of rice for lunch and dinner with veg and other necessary stuff) ,how long do i need need to achieve my ideal weight?do i need to do more excercises?
