If it's a straightforward fruit drink you are making, a good guess at 4 to 1 will do. I very much doubt that any one will query the mixture

dum de dum... you have a total of 5 parts. 1 juice and 4 water. So 1 liter is 1000 milliliters ( I am an American and I despise the metric system as arbtrary and capricious) Thus, 1/5 of a liter is 200 milliliters. You need 200 milliliters of juice and 800 milliliters of water.

ratio 1:4
200ml of blackcurrant and 800ml of water will give you the ratio and the total of 1000ml or 1 litre.

Bingo you got juice!

Most people dont like their juice made exactly as it states, so a good guess and a taste usually works the best ie. I like it fairly weak and my hubby likes it strong, so make it up to how you like it. simple.
