If you have collisions coverage - and you state that you have full coverage so you must - yes your vehicles damages will be covered, you would be responsible for your deductible.
This type of accident - is a hit and run - and of course it's covered. You may want to go ahead and file a police report - even if it's been a while since the loss occured, and you have no ID on the other party - your insurance company may require it (depends on the stipulations outlined in your insuring agreement).

I've not heard of anyone getting in trouble for this. But if you get in another accident and file a claim, the insurance company may require proof that you've actually fixed you car since the previous accident. I know this cause a friend got into 2 accidents within a couple of months and the 2nd claims agent wanted the name of the auto shop to verify the car was fixed after the 1st accident.

You would have to have collision coverage as well as uninsured motorist coverage. If an unknown claimant hits your vehicle in order for your insurance to pay they would initially open up collision coverage (hence the need to have this coverage) and pay out under your collision. They will reimburse your deductible that you would normally pay under collision and put that under uninsured motorist coverage. Also, if you don't have rental car coverage on your policy, you would still be able to rent a vehicle under uninsured motorist coverage at 100% payment by your insurance company. This amount (if you don't carry rental on your policy) will be paid out under uninsured motorist coverage.

If you are carrying collision coverage, your auto policy will pay to have the repairs made (less your deductible). Ps. I am an agent that has been in the business for over 20 years.

Yes if you have full coverage that means your car is owned by the dealership and needs to be in perfect condition at all times. When you have just liability it won't be covered and you have to pay out of pocket.

Yes, less your deductible of course. Although the way you worded your question, my car was hit, and yours will be repaired. *grin*
