I can't forget but I wanna forget and to be happy. Please, can you help me? I don't know what to do. My heart is hurt. My spirit is broken. My faith is weak. Please tell me what i should do.

I think God can help you overcome this hate. Ask for help, without specifying what you want to feel, or how you want to react. And prepare for deliverance. Love can fill the void.

She is bad and you will not be better than her if you behave the same way what she have done to you.
You don't hate her but you just being disgust of her behaviour towards you.
Remember this, her attitude and behaviour will not change towards others too. Her character is embedded in her heart and mind. She does to you she will do to others.
This is not your fault.

Do not get yourself infected by her disease. Is very contagious. You will end up being stress and then again what others will see on to you.

If you don't enjoy the company she is into, don't bother to be with them.

The more you think of it the more you will suffer. Why are you being victimised by such an unworthy personality?
You are entitled to live your own life.

In the eyes of god, all humans are equal. What different that one make is those who does not believe in him. That all it takes. The faith of god is not up to humans to judge. God is ever knowing through your heart.

No one knows.

Is a blessing that you are aware of her behaviour. Some may even be good to you but all you ever know is for their own interest. Not for god.

Don't care what others say.
Get on and be content and thankful. There is always a blessing in disguise and every cloud has it silver lining.

How long will you hold onto this hate and let it eat you up? Is it doing you one single ounce of good? You continually go over in your mind what she did to you and it is destroying you.

I hope you realize that your hating her doesn't affect her at all. You cannot and will not ever make her understand the effect she's had on you, so why keep the hate?

Let it go. Don't think about her or what she did to you. When your mind turns to it, think of something else. Find a verse on strength and say it to yourself instead. Something like "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me".

Stop being a victim to her, because every day that you allow her to keep you in this state is every day that she is victimizing you just a little more ... and she doesn't even know it.

I think the best place to start is to talk to someone you can trust, professionals, friends, etc. Keep talking and working through your feelings, they are very important. Over time you will feel better and become healed but it will take some work. Once you reach that stage you can forgive and then you will be completely healed.
Just do the best you can each and every day. I will pray for you.

Never hold bitterness in your heart for in the end it will tear you apart.

Prayer. God will get you through anything. The first thing you have to do is forgive this person and let go of the hate, no matter how hard it is to do. If you cannot forgive, then you will not be forgiven. Jesus was nailed to a cross and tortured horribly, and he asked His Father to forgive them, for they knew not what they do. Pick up you cross and join in your suffering with Christ. Locate a good priest (with proper traditional values) and have a good council.

I'm in the same situation. Wonder if it's the same mercenary professional?

I'm trying to comfort myself with scripture and to feel useful as myself, even though my boyfriend/husband likes listening to music that has "ho" as every second word. It really gets me down.

Metaphor might help. Something to throw the pain all away. But what else is there?

Keep on praying, OK?

Do not worry, forgive everyone and write down all the things on a piece of paper that you want to thank god for every ince you were born. Not only it will get ur mind off this but it will improve ur connection with God.

Do you know why we forgive people? It's not for them to feel better. They might not accept our forgiveness. But rather, it's for ourselves that we forgive, so that we do not carry a grudge and then go through all those powerful feelings that you are expressing.

If you were molested, so was I. And yes, I still hate myself. But what I have now is the eternal aspect of what my life is to come. And yes, I wanted to kill myself too. I wouldn't mind at all if I died today as I wanted to die yesterday, but it wasn't God's time for me to die.

So if you trust God, know that you are alive because he saw to it to get you through one more day.

I know that what you have gone through affects you everyday, and perhaps in everything that you do, but you have to look to God while you are in this time of sorrow. God is your peace.

SometimeI look at it as a special blessing, because I live those things that Jesus said daily: I hate my own life also, I hate my father, I hate my brothers, wtc. But through God's guidance I can find it in myself to forgive them. So my hatred and weaknessess are turned to love and strength. Because God gives them to me.

I hope that helps you. Please e-mail me or IM me if you want to talk, okay? ( :

I had hate also in my heart and the Lord dealt with me to confront that person, his word tells us if you have and alt against a person to make it right, and don't let the sun go down on your wrath against this person, if you can't forgive them how can I forgive you.

Here is a reflection I wrote some time ago that may help.
It is both a call for protection against people who do harm to you and a call for peace in you soul
=======================

My mind is immortal,
my mind is eternal,
my mind is untouchable.
My awareness is beyond this point,
my awareness is of the beauty of life,
my awareness is of the happiest moments of my life.

You can crush my skin and bones,
you can inflict pain on this body,
but you will never touch my mind.

My mind is free,
My mind is free of pain
My mind is free of the memory of pain.

I forgive you for your ignorance
I forgive you for your hate
In forgiving you I free myself

===============================
All the best and you can see more via my web.
