Write down a "to-do" list and tackle things one at a time. Even scratch some items off that can wait until you have more time.

You have to start somewhere so...
Set an alarm and get up at the same time everyday- no excuses- if you feel tired nap later when you have spare time!
Eat 3 meals a day- preferably with someone- eat healthy- make it yourself - this is part of a regimen- stick to it.
Set up a schedule that is flexible for classes- they take priority .
fill in the empty spots with -one day for bill paying- one day for shopping for food- you get the idea. and do those things first thing in the day. Everything else usually falls into place.
Schedule study and homework time each day separately after classes are over for that day.

you have a lot on your plate. this is more mental organization.you'll have to pick which thing is most important to you and start there. you're not eating or sleeping b/c of so much on your mind. at this point, sleep seems to be the most important as you can't do anything else w/o it. blow everything else off, for one night. take a tylenol pm and get some sleep. with sleep comes a clear mind. maybe you could lose an activity or two as well. learn to say no when people ask for help. you can't help them if you can't help yourself. i hope all works out.

Organisation. You need to get a daily planner set up. In the planner put all activities into time frames. Set a time when to eat and when you need to sleep. Follow this plan and your life may come back into some form of order/routine

Well you have to schedule your times of what you do when. Also any int eruption you have to evaluate if it just "noise" and not leading to the things you try to do. There are those who mess with you and get you involved in unneeded actions.
Just be very efficient in accomplishing your purposes.
