No the concept of time only exists in the material world,we in the material world are held back by such boundries. Its the law of material nature, actually the highest planet in our Universe,Brahma Loka is temporary.Lord Brahma is the highest being in our Universe other then Garbodakshaya Vishnu, and yet he is confined to time.Lord Brahma's lifetime lasts more then one quadrillion years. And at that point, total inhialation of our Universe happens. But this is only our puny little Universe. There are numerous other Universes, exhaled and inhaled by Maha Vishnu, and each have an expansion known as Garbodakshaya Vishnu and Garbodakshaya Vishnu who manages each individual Universe,Garbodakshaya Vishnu has an expansion known as Kriyodakshaya Vishnu who resides in our soul and in every atom.

Time exists in all the Universes, its the law of material nature, the spiritual world is all eternal, its the original essence of god,so it can never have time.Heaven is temporary, the spiritual world is eternal. There is no need for time, its eternally full of bliss and happiness. Its so large that our mind would defunction thinking of it,everything about the spiritual world is "forever".The spiritual world and god are an equal meaning. If both words were replaced, they would equal the same thing, both never had a beginning, middle or end, both are full of happiness and everything good.

In our Universe we tend to get bored with everything we attain,in the spiritual world, nothing ever gets old,or boring.

What is time to timeless ones? Our limited human brains cannot grasp the meaning of it, for since we were born we are on a timer. Consider when you were a child, how long a day seemed to you. The older you got the more the days shrink, until you blink and you're sixty five years old with a kidney stone. Perception of time is different between humans and spiritual beings.

Yes of course not time mesaure in years of 365 days but according to the bible there was a first creation of God (Colossians 1:15-16) and then follow the creation of the rest of the sons of God (Job 1:6, 2:1) and then the creation of universe (Job 38:4-7) so they have a calendar if you wish to call it .

You look laboring below the full false impression of what an atheist is fostered by potential of christians!! in case you easily took the time to look on the definition you will be able to perhaps be very shocked!! ATHEIST - somebody who does not have confidence in a God – any God – not purely the Christian one. yet that doesn't advise they don't carry good ethical or religious ideals! they are able to maintain on with any faith that doesn't have a god and there are a number of those!! super ones like BUDDHISM – religious coaching from Buddha and his followers that by potential of destroying greed, hatred and fantasy (the reason of all suffering) guy can attain perfect enlightenment!! they are able to have confidence in an afterlife, a soul, even extra advantageous beings as long because it does not contain a god!!!

The bible says that with God, one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years is like one day.

In Daniel, one of the angels said he came in response to Daniel's prayer, but was delayed three weeks in a spiritual conflict.

When Peter was freed from prison, the angel appeared to be in such a hurry, that he didn't spend any time explaining himself, and left as soon as Peter was safe.

If there is time, it seems to work differently than ours.

If God can transcend time, than many miracles or coincidents could be explained by skillful manipulation of time.

There is a spiritual world parallel to our world. Spirits move around this world through time to be with us, help us. Man can make a connection with this parallel world and eventually can be a spirit himself.

Not in the sense that we perceive it here. We have time here, in order to track our movement through the third dimension, it's an artificial construct for our own comfort here. In the spiritual world, all is Now.

Lord Brahma, the secondary creator of the universe states in the Brahma Samhita 5.56,

nimesardhakhyo va vrajati na hi yatrapi samayah

Not a single moment is wasted there—in other words, there is no past, present or future. Not a single particle of time is wasted.

it depends upon the definition of the spiritual world. time is related with power when power is infinite then time is zero. means one can do infinite work in no time so time vanishes.that is called the spiritual world
