A Father who are in heaven,
Hollowed be thy name,
The kingdom come,
Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven,
Give us this day a daily bread,
Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us,
Lead us not into temptation,
But deliver me from evil.

There is only one GOD, and only prayers to Him would have any merit. The Lord's Prayer (Matthew 6) includes the phrase, "lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil." But please don't assume this is some good luck charm to keep you happy in this life. Delevrance from the ultimate evil, Satan himself, requires further reading. Try reading Romans chapters 1-8.

The Lord's Prayer:

Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we for give those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil; for thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory, forever and ever.

Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace;
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
and where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master,
grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood, as to understand;
to be loved, as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life.

If you truly understand this, it's all you will ever need.

Love and blessings Don
