What kind of parents would leave their children behind in the U.S.? Most of these illegals are being sent back to Mexico, which just happens to be the richest country of the Third World. Yes, a lot of people are poor there. But they aren't starving. Millions of parents are raising their children in Mexico. Are the pro-amnesty marchers saying that Mexico is a country unfit for habitation?

I read somewhere that most of the illegals had jobs in their home country and left them to come to the US illegally.Money goes a long way in Mexico.Things are much cheaper so it takes less money to get by there. People may not be getting all they want but they aren't starving in Mexico like in some countrys in Africa. By US standards they may be dirt poor but there are American citizens that are dirt poor too and living in shacks without power and plumbing. Ever been to to the West Virginia hill country, back woods Mississippi and the 9th ward in New Orleans ? I dont give a dam about illegal aliens and how hard their lives are,not when there are Americans living in conditions just as bad. Fix your own dam country and let us concentrate on our own legal poor American people.Mexico isnt a poor nation, stand up like men and fix Mexico and stop demanding that the USA bow to your illegal demands.

And if you weren't here illegally no one could split up your family. I blame the illegal aliens for the ,not our laws being enforced.

I agree. They should be taking their children with them when they are deported, and they are given the choice to do that. It is their own fault if their families get split-up. If these people really love and care for their children, they would take them with them when they get deported. The ones who choose to leave their children are doing so for selfish reasons - leaving the children to be cared for by our social services and with the hope that those children will someday be able to sponsor them to return. The only ones to blame when their families are split-up are themselves for first committing the criminal act of coming into the country illegally.

The claim arises from the fact that at the time of arrest, the illegal aliens are away from their homes, and therefore the whole family unit is not picked up. The people who are complaining are the Uncles and Cousins of the illegals, who've been helping them break the law, by hiding them. It is about time that these helpers, start doing things legally, in order to protect their new country, and help their relatives live here legally, and not have a fear of splitting up the family unit.

If you are willing to take the risk of splitting up your family you should suffer the consequences if you get caught and/or the immigration laws are more aggressively enforced. Illegal aliens are "illegal". Mexico is not poor. Their GDP is in the top 20 of world nations.

even if it really is a "reward" it really is a situation in extreme migrant areas the position one of those tremendous form of of those US born children shun all issues American and evaluate themselves to be overseas nationals. we would want to consistently artwork harder to assimilate the U. S. born children of migrants so that they are oftentimes voters for genuine, no longer merely in call in hassle-free words. there's a cultural proxy warfare happening in parts of the SW precisely because the so observed as anchor little ones marginalize themselves and choose no longer to participate in training or mainstream society.

mexico's leaders and upper class is wealthy. have you ever been to mexico? have you seen their endless slums??? my sister and my dad went to mexico, and they saw firsthand how poor the country was, they had gone down there to build a house. they went down there and built a house that was about 12x14 feet, for a family of five. that was the double house version, for the larger families. the "house" had three rooms, electricity, but no running water. most of the people in the area made homes by taking bits of wood there, slabs of plastic there, and nailing it all together, into a leaning shack on unbought land.

people don't ask to be deported, just as they don't ask to be poor, but sometimes it just happens. they're upset because they're being deported, because that is something that can be changed by the actions of humans.

If you guys were living in the same impoverished conditions that many Mexicans are forced to live in, you'd jump a fence or two as well. Maybe some insight into WHY they're coming might help.

Corn is a very important crop in Mexico. They eat it straight, they use it to make tortillas and in plenty of dishes, etc. Unfortunately, Mexican law says that it is illegal to bioengineer corn. Not a problem, right? Going the natural way? Except that it's NOT illegal to IMPORT bioengineered corn. Local Mexican farmers are getting destroyed in the market because their corn can't look as good as bioengineered corn. So, it's either hop the border into the mythical land of oppotunity, or struggle to provide for your family. Which would you choose?

It's just more rhetoric from idiots who have no interest in the truth, just in getting what they want. What part of the word "illegal" do these people not understand? It would be the same thing as bank robbers complaining that you were breaking up families by sending them to jail. You break the law, you pay the price. Plain and simple.
