I get them once a month bt they actually are HUGE nd most tyms there so big i end up smushing them by accident nd a lot of the time they leave scars (dents). I want to know what should i do to remove them should i be taking away the white bit? I don't want to walk around every month with a big fat white pussy thing on my face waiting for it to go away anymore. Any suggestions?

white means inflammation inside. First clean your skin with a cleanser, and also wash up your hands. Then squeeze it until white color disappears. Then put some alcohol (or cologne) on it to sanitize. To dry it apply some baby powder on it.

Or you may try some strong acne spot treatments that contains 2% salicylic acid.

The best thing you could do about those is dry it out so it goes away quicker. Using a benzyol peroxide product on it should work good. Also there is a mask called Queen Helene Mint Julep mask. DO NOT USE THIS OVER YOUR ENTIRE FACE NO MATTER WHAT THE DIRECTIONS SAY. Put a glob of it over the zit over night and it should be a tad bit smaller. It's best to use that method when you first notice a zit popping up cause sometimes it can stop a zit from forming at all.

What ever you do don't pop them with your fingers! Wait to pop them when they are ready, when the puss is very very close to the surface. Sterilize a needle by rubbing alcohol on it or holding it over a flame. Gently prick the top on the zit with the needle. Then take a tissue and gently squeeze out the gunk, or use two q-tips. Apply a tiny dot of neosporin.

Perhaps you should go and have a facial, just for getting your skin cleansed thoroughly and for advice. If you would rather not I - if it were me - would take a "steam cure" once in a while: cook some water and pour it into a basin you may have on a table in front of you. Put a towel over your head and bend it over the basin and the steam. Sit like that for 10-20 minutes and then press the worst ones out softly. Dip your skin with skin lotion and massage it. Should be done when you don't expect company and have no plans of seeing anybody as the skin may get a little red.

i think it will make it better, because water flushes out the toxins in your body so this might reduce the build up of spots. Also ALWAYS take your makeup off at night because your skin needs to breathe and the oil will cause spots. go without makeup for a few days each week, again to let your skin breathe. If you do use foundation,l make sure you invest in a more expensive one, that'ss comogenic, because you don't want to bath your skin in an oily base. Tea-tree is quite good for spots and its dries them out. another way you can help your skin is to gently exfoliate, this will get rid of the dead skin cells and encourage the spots to disappear faster. Another thing you can do is to have a weekly facial, this should help improve your skin.

pop them after taking a shower. Then put rubbing alcohol or something that will clean it out. I know it burns really bad but just keep thinking it is getting cleaned then after that wrap a piece of ice in a thin towel and then hold it to the pimple you just popped to make the redness go away.

Pop them before they get so big. Or better yet use ProActiv or some other pimple medication.

i personally avoid facials and peels as they irritate my skin.

just pile on the pimple cream and leave them be.
