Racer889 - No need to cry. These things come in cycles. Remember Roush having all 5 drivers in the chase? There wasn't a conspiracy event that changed that. It's called technology changes, luck, and skill. Look at the teams that are running Chevy's and it becomes apparent why you see Chevy's at victory lane consistently - Hendrick, RCR, Gibbs, DEI. Roush had a dominating grip at one time but has lost it. Were you really expecting David Ragan to improve Ford's wins this year? He, and the rest of the field would be better off if he just stayed in the pits and came out during cautions to get some laps in.

As for as Matt Kenseth goes, he's very good. What I really like about him is that he races clean, but still manages to get the job done.

No Billy S, Johnson and Kenseth are not the most consistent this year according to the stats. Jeff Gordon is the model of consistency this year. 2 wins, 8 top 5's, 9 top 10's with a worst finish of 12th and he's led a lap in 9 of the 10 races this year. As for Kenseth not getting talked about much, I think Matt and his team seem to like flying under the radar. They just keep working hard and putting up solid results. When the Chase comes around, expect to hear much more about Matt Kenseth when his consistency pays off and keeps him towards the front the in Chase.

Well Kenseth has shown consistentcy. Week in and week out he is one of the only Fords finishing, up front. There have been other Fords that can run up front but seem to fade in the end. The reason you dont hear about Kenseth, unlike the other drivers, is because he's not always in the media " crowing like a rooster", or placing blame for a ruff day, on everyone around him. Matt is a very soft spoken champion, and does not cause drama. Therefore the media does not pursue him. I know, you have noticed, that none of the Rousch drivers are real outspoken. Remember, he did have a driver like that, (Kurt Busch), but not any more. I believe, Jack keeps a firm hand on his group. Which could be good or bad, but thats another topic.

How right you are. Kenseth is the man. Mr Consistency, does not matter where youplace him, he comes to the front stealthily and is a beautiful thing to watch. When you drive a really good car, it shows, when you can handle a car that is not the best and still show up in top 10...only MATT. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe this best driver...also vote for mett for chex best driver award, and talledega walk of fame...vote every day please...he deserves the win.

Matt is a great driver, but he is not winning right now. Chevy is destroying everyone this year. Gordon has a great car this year and is driving out of his mind. I like Matt as a driver very much, but he cant touch Chevy right now. Maybe he will get smart and dump ford. Matt in a Chevy would be unstoppable.

Matt is a great driver. Of all the fords he's the most consistent. He doesn't whin and complain like some of the drivers. People should stop and look at Matt's records for past years. Go Matt Go!! Plus he's not a dirty driver.

Kenseth is the man and if Chevy loving Nascar would make the rules fair for the other makes against the Chevy, he would win more, He doesn't need to dump Ford, Nascar needs to quit kissing Chevy *** to bail them out of their financial prob. Before the season, Chevy CEO to France Family, hey we need to win on Sunday like every race this year so we can sell more pos monte carlos Monday. I guess it will be just more crap to smoke with my old faithful 5.0 litre Mustang!!!!!!!!

I am a Tony Stewart fan....but I hear you. It gets old when they only talk about the same drivers week after week...there are so many good drivers they should be just as important as the others.
