Yes they do. The lump you can see in men is called the hyoid bone and it is further forward in men to produce the lower voice as the vocal chords are longer. Women have it too. Your vocal chords are attached to the back of this bone and you can feel it. Most people call it the throat.

Yes they do - just not as pronounced as some mens.
It was really Adam who offered the Apple to Eve, she only took a bite then spat it out when she saw an ugly worm in it - that is why Adams Apple is more visible and Eve's not so.

Adam's apples are related to the voice box/larynx. When a boy's voice 'breaks' in puberty, the position of the voicebox changes and becomes bigger affecting the cartilage in the area. It is visible as protruding from the neck and is the adam's apple.
Since women's voices don't 'break' the adams apple doesn't exist.

no they don't because it is related to voice and women don't have heavy voice whereas men do.........maybe thats a reason
