I think a lot of guys prefer someone who is agreeable but not fiercely independent. Someone who agrees with everything you say and does whatever you want is not really a good match in the long term. However, I also know that guys despise the fiercely independent women-- namely women who don't need men for anything; they never seek help for anything and they never show any vulnerability. Guys like to feel needed every now and then.
Basically don't be a pushover. You should be relatively independent, but don't be afraid to ask a guy for help. It's ok to be vulnerable once in a while.

At 13 it's not too young to start learning how to be your own person, still be able to do nice things for others but maintain your own place and space to be respected. First of all it's not your plight in life to do everything for everyone just so people will like you. Don't be everyone's doormat. Choose what you will do and when you will do it. If you are available. Do not go out of your way to be Mr. Handy for every occasion. Find out if people like you for who you are not what you will do for them by being particular about what you will do and if you will. Start saying no. Do your own things and stay busy doing them. When it comes to pleasing a girl, she usually doesn't like someone who fawns all over her. It starts to look a little like a stalker. Doing nice things for a girl at your age is more about spending time with her, taking her to a dance or special occasion, or a movie and paying. At 13, needs aren't nearly as involved as when you get older. Don't start letting a girl run you. Once you create that monster, it's hard to escape. If you like this girl, don't be around all the time even though you want to be. Create some interest, make her wonder, be cool. And don't call her all the time.

If guy likes a woman who is a pushover then he has low self esteem and no trust in the woman.
I have been married for 18 years and what me happy is that my wife and I treat each other as partners. For certain things one will decide what we are doing because we each have confidence in what the other one is doing.
In short equality is what a relationship should be based on teamwork, trust, respect.

Every guy is different. Some want pushovers, but they're usually immature and insecure. I'd say most guys want a woman they can have a real relationship with, not just a doll that agrees with everything.

Yeah pretty much .
A pushover is a temporary girlfriend / one night stand, not much more. If your like that then they will walk all over you and treat you badly .
For the real thing men like a strong woman, One that's not 'easy' (in many ways ) . One that could give them a run for their money . Equality.

They are all different, but i think alot of people find confidence a really attractive quality. It really depends on the person, but i think if you are looking for someone who you can always stand over and tell what to do its not a real relationship, its just not healthy.

i'd like to say they dont, but in my experience most guys seem to like very agreeable girls that'll do what they say. that's why independent women often seem to have a hard time finding and/or keeping a husband, unfortunately.
i mean, who wouldn't want someone who did things for you all the time, who did what you told them to do, etc? seems pretty nice to me. maybe a little boring, but still good.
a girl should have a little spark, a bit of attitude, but they should be agreeable, nice, and let the guy lead if things are going to go well, i think.
