My boss is so HOt and she likes me, but non of us is willing to take the initiative, since our relationship is complecated as an employee and an employer. Any advices?

Drinks! take her to the bar, get some drinks into both of you, and get the real story out. As long as going to the bar is not a company function, there will not be any issues at work. You're both doing something of your own free will.
You better perform well in bed. your performance reviews may depend on it.

I don't think that it is a good idea to date the boss. That is why a lot of places will not allow supervisors to date there employees. Because of the implications that can arise from other employees thinking you are getting special treatment, or if the relationship goes bad. Then your boss, which now would be your ex, would be telling you what to do and have power over your job. Not a very good thing. So, I suggest if there is a way you can transfer out from being under her. Where she will no longer be consider your boss and have will no longer have authority over you, then I would suggest trying to ask her out. But not until then, because like you said things would be complicated with her as your boss.

Don't do it. Complicated isn't even the word for that type of situation. If it doesn't work out your job could suffer. It's not worth it unless you work in fastfood and then you can just hop on down the road to the next fry station.

If you really think this is worth pursuing, find a new job first. And be up front with her that your job change is so that you can start a relationship with her so she doesn't think you're trying to get away from her.
If you don't want to quit your job for her, then maybe you need to re-evaluate if it's love or lust you're after here.

I wouldn't suggest getting involved with your boss no matter how hot she is. It will only make things more complicated.

EMPLOYEE/EMPLOYER relationships are bad!!! No good can come of this. If you really like her quit your job, then see how it goes...otherwise STAY OUT OF IT!!!

if i was u i wuldnt get involved because if one of u guts decide to break up it is going to make it really awkward to work together so i wouldnt and i think it is a good idea to take my advice

Don't do that unless you intend to marry her.
Your job will be at risk if it is a short term affair. Its messy. Just don't do anything about it.

Is it just that you like her so yo think she likes you too
