About 1400 years ago, in his last sermon, Prophet Muhammad (peace be on him) said:
“All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over a black nor a black has any superiority over a white — except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not therefore do injustice to yourselves. Remember one day you will meet Allah and answer your deeds. So beware: Do not stray from the path of righteousness after I am gone.”

Very dignified and noble.
I also read that Prophet Muhammad (peace be on him) said that “Whoever hurts a non Muslim, I shall be his complainant and for whoever I am a complainant, I shall ask for his right on the day of Resurrection.” (Hadith)
And also:
“ Whoever persecutes a non Muslim or demands work from him beyond his capacity or takes something from him with evil intentions, I shall be a complainant against him on the day of Resurrection.”(Hadith)
Islam clearly emphasises complete fairness and good treatment to ALL human beings, without discrimination, and also offers the same dignity to animals. Islam does not permit any differentiation in the treatment of others on the basis of colour, race, sex, religion or nationality. How dignified. Surely this is God's religion.
Peace♥

First of all, Muhammad's last sermon was recorded in Al Tabari's work, The History of the Prophets and Kings (Arabic: تاريخ الرسل والملوك Tarikh al-Rusul wa al-Muluk, popularly Tarikh al-Tabari) Vol. 09 The Last Years of the Prophet: The Formation of the State, A.D. 630-632-A.H. 8-11.
What you just have copied and pasted is from www.islamicity.com which first, never gave where it quoted the last sermon from and have no original sources to back it up. It also deliberately twisted the message of the last sermon to make it look good. I have provided the source and if you want, you can go purchase a copy of "The History of the Prophets and Kings" and see if its accurate.
So if you agree with the statements
"Allah permits you to shut them in separate rooms and to beat them, but not severely"
and
"Treat women well, for they are [like] domestic animals with you and do not possess anything for themselves"
Then, just keep your religion to yourselves, but do not impose it on others.

I will now ask, do you think the confused ones who are the fighting jihadists just choose to ignore these verses, or, their leaders do not teach them these civilities? How does such a lovely passage become so corrupted?
That verse describes very much exactly how Muslims are supposed to behave and I am glad you posted it. People are so fond of quoting the other parts of our Koran to make us into wild eyed sword wielding hashishins.
Salaam .. tesbah ala khair.

Don't you think that this question should be posed first to the various Islamic sects around the world who are murdering each other daily by the thousands and all of them justifying their actions in the name Allah.
