It can have various meanings:
Ci becchiamo un raffreddore = We catch a cold
Ci becchiamo quì in giro = See you here around
Ci becchiamo spesso= We often tease each other.
Ci becchiamo sempre = We always argue.
Se tutto va bene ci becchiamo = Hopefully we hit the mark
Ci becchiamo un premio = We win a prize

"Ci becchiamo." means "see you around" "catch you later"...
All the other options written by the others are right but i think that if someone tells you only "ci becchiamo", it means only "catch you later"

Other guys' answers may be right at their own places, but, where I live in North Italy, when we say "ci becchiamo (spesso)", we mean "we (often) argue".
Please take it as an alternative.

Ci becchiamo [in giro] ...
Literally, "we'll catch each other [around]" ... in other words, "see you!"
