USA haven't won in Iraq because u win a war only if there is a fight to protect urself and US wasnt fightin 4 its protection but 4 tellin world that the country standin against US wud die even if they r rite!!

How do you 'loss' a war? And I believe victory was achieved in April of 2003 with the fall of Baghdad and in December of 2006 with the elimniation of Saddam Hussein.
