Adobe PDF reader has a terrible Read out loud feature is there a up grade?

I just discovered Adobe reader's Read out loud feature but the voice sucks and it has a limited vocablary, is there a upgrade I can get for free?

Although I am experiencing much in downloading Adobe Acrobate Reader but even then it has not alterrnate solution
